Thêm bát sữa vào bát hỗn hợp bột và khuấy cho đến khi hòa quyện, nặn thành một khối bột dẻo mịn. Chia bột thành 10 viên bánh có kích thước đều nhau, cho bánh vào khay nướng có lót sẵn giấy nến. Nướng bánh 12 phút.
Bánh đã hoàn thành rồi. Bánh giòn tan và thơm béo mùi phô mai và tỏi rất đặc trưng. Có thể nhâm nhi cùng 1 tách trà nóng rất tuyệt.
